With flowers a soft apricot pink in color and deliciously scented, Tamora is a low-growing Austin shrub rose. Tamora is named for a character from Shakespeare's play "Titus Andronicus," Tamora, Queen of the Goths.

 

Its most beautiful displays occur in early summer and in fall, with lesser bloom during hot, mid-summer weather. It reaches about two feet in height.

 

Occasionally available at area nurseries.
