Beautiful ruffly form and
a heavenly spicy fragrance are two of the major assets of Margaret
Merril, hybridized by Harkness in 1977.
Blooms are a soft white-pink color
early in the season, with golden stamens, often in clusters; as
weather warms, blooms open in purest white; great repeat bloom
throughout season.
This rose reaches about four feet
tall, with full, upright growth. Foliage is dark green and shiny,
with good resistance to disease.
Available at some area nurseries.
